Greet Guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist guests in a branded, friendly, proactive, and efficient manner with follow-up as necessary.
Collect payment by accepting cash, or credit card.
Balance cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift.
Monitor lobby and work area determining customer flow.
Responds to customer inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Works collaboratively with other staff, managers, and resources.
