The Desert Resorts Concierge Association was founded in 1989 by Concierge Brenda Verna of the Renaissance Resort & Spa in Indian Wells, CA. She was the first elected president, starting with six members. With the growth of this valley the DRCA has expanded to 28 members and 20 affiliate members, and is still growing.
