If you’re looking for a vacation home that’ll make you feel like you’ve stepped into the pages of whatever the laid-back version of Architectural Digest is, you’ve arrived.
Arrive is a unique 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom Residential Resort Experience (yep, totally coined that term) brought to you by The Sleepover, where a craftsman, an interior designer, a realtor, and a writer joined forces. We've tried to think of everything to help you feel at home so all you have to do is show up.
Sleep is important to us, and we imagine it is to you too. Enjoy sleeping on one of our 5 king beds, two twin bunk beds, or one queen murphy bed. While you can stay up as late as you want, when it's time to turn in, our bedrooms were designed to support your sleep hygiene and ensure you return home rested and refreshed. All king beds include 13" euro top mattresses with crisp 100% cotton percale hotel bed linens, woven blankets, all-season duvet comforters, and a set of memory foam and down pillows for your sleeping preference.
Room darkening window coverings are provided in each bedroom and there are USB and USB C outlets on each side of the bed for charging your devices. There are dimmer lights in each of the bathrooms, as well as soft, premium Turkish cotton bath towels, hair dryers and our very own luxe shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Speaking of coffee (no one was speaking of coffee, but everyone’s always thinking of coffee), there’s a coffee bar in the primary bedroom closet with a Nespresso machine. You’re welcome. (You’ll need to BYONP – bring your own Nespresso pods.) There’s also a drip coffee maker and a French press in the kitchen, so you can wake up to coffee no matter which room you’re staying in.
Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, and a there’s speaker system throughout the house and backyard, allowing you to listen to different music in each room or set the same playlist for the entire house. The living room has a surround sound theater system and a large TV for movie nights.
If you plan to work during your stay, there’s a dedicated desk space for three to four people away from the hustle and bustle of the home. Our home also offers two sets of washers and dryers, steamer, iron, and an ironing board. There’s AC on each floor and central heating.
Both an indoor and outdoor kitchen are beautifully designed and outfitted with all the amenities needed for the chef or baker. No matter your drink of choice, the bar includes a refrigerator and glassware to enjoy a glass of wine, a spirited cocktail, or whiskey on the rocks. We invite you to mix up our signature cocktail/mocktail, which calls for a sprig of rosemary that can be found planted in the outdoor kitchen area.
The outdoor kitchen boasts a complete BBQ. The outdoor dining area seats up to 16.
Enjoy the desert weather by swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. (The pool can be heated for a fee.) Gather around the fire pit to chat or swing under the stars in the evening. Curated games for both adults and families are included for use during your stay, as are outdoor games, yoga mats, and pool toys.
A pack-n-play and a highchair are available for the little ones joining you. A universal charger is available in the garage for your Tesla or other electric vehicles.
Our full list of house rules will be provided at check-in, but we ask that there is no smoking or va**ng of any kind in the house.
The home is ideal for time away with friends, your kids, or your in-laws. It’s perfect for music festival goers or even a group of yogis who want to meditate, drink smoothies, and do unlimited yoga on the lawn in the backyard. Whether you want to relax and be mellow or liven things up, you can do it when you Arrive at the Sleepover.
