🍂 Fall is just around the corner in Southern Illinois! Cool, crisp air, changing leaves, and plenty of outdoor activities!

Over the next few weeks, the Shawnee Hills will begin showing their fall colors, and some of our favorite places to visit will be at their best.

What’s your favorite place to visit in Southern Illinois during the fall? 🍎🍷🍁

Located just a few miles down the road! We cant wait for our guests to check it out!

🍑 🌳 🥃

THE DISTILLERY IS GETTING SO CLOSE. 🥃

We’re getting closer and closer to the finish line, and we can’t wait to share what’s been taking shape behind the scenes at Havisham.

And if you’ve noticed the bourbon staves used as trim out front, there’s a little history built into them.

Those staves came from the actual bourbon barrels used for our 1st & 2nd bottle releases. A little piece of our bourbon story, built right into the walls.

More soon. We’re almost there. {Thank you Jonathan Oxford with B&D Graphics & Signs}

I recently joined Squared Up to talk about building a vacation rental business in a small town, tourism in Southern Illinois, and why I believe so much in the place we call home.

Grateful to get to share it here

A few months ago, I reached out to Carol at Southernmost Illinois Tourism Bureau about a collaboration highlighting the Peach Tree Inn and the surrounding hotspots. Dark Horse Production saw my vision and delivered.

Thank you to our partners on this project.

The Iron Whisk

Showcasing this region is a team effort- and the results of teamwork is better than any one business alone. My heart is so full. 🫶
