Overnight Rates: including two adults and minor children, or four adults. Sites $25.00 plus tax per night
Extra Person $5.00 per night
For seasonal camping contact the owners for sites available and rates. Maine Tax 8% on lodging
5.5% on retail sales

We welcome dogs; however, we have a two dog limit per site. The first dog is free, second dog is $5.00.

August Fest 2026 Notes:

‼️ Overnight campers: if you aren’t going to make it, please let us know ASAP so we can fill your site up with the many waiting on our cancellation list.

💃 🕺 Prom pictures - we would love to see any real life prom pictures on a board and play a little guess who?!

🌽 🕳️- if we have borrowed your corn hole boards and bags in the past for the tournament and you are willing to lend again, please do so! We greatly appreciate it!

💡 Got a theme idea for next year? Let us know so we can add it to the list to be voted on Saturday night!

Now, let’s throw it back to the 80s with good music, good times, (a lot of laughs), and good memories! ⚡️

August Fest 2026 is right around the corner! 💃

At this time, we are fully booked but feel free to get in on the cancellation list.

We are kindly asking (more strongly than usual) that if you have reserved a site or sites and don’t think you are going to make it or need all of the sites you have reserved, to please let us know as soon as possible - there’s many holding onto hope to get in on the best weekend of the summer!
