Dave recently had the pleasure of celebrating the wedding of dear friends at the beautiful Chatham Bars Inn, in Massachusetts, on Cape Cod. And while the day was all about raising a glass to the happy couple, anyone who knows Dave knows he’s always taking in the details.

Our first vintage of Reserve No. 23 was a semi-dry Marquette Rosé, crafted from grapes grown right here at Venue Noir. What began as part of the landscape has become another piece of the experience we’re creating: something grown here, enjoyed here, and connected to this place.

Reserve No. 23 is intentionally a little hard to find. It isn’t available for individual sale. It’s reserved exclusively for guests of Venue Noir and Luxe Home and Leisure properties—a taste of the property you can only experience while you’re here.

From the resident geese to songbirds, deer, and all the other wildlife that call Waneta Lake home, we're reminded every day that we're simply sharing this beautiful place with nature.

Sure, they keep us on our toes (and our property manager busy 😉), but we wouldn't have it any other way.

We're grateful to live and work in a place where people and wildlife can exist in harmony—because this isn't just our home, it's theirs too.
