As the seasons change, we’re feeling extra thankful for family, growth, and what’s ahead.

Dave made the trip up from Maryland to Corning to cheer on friends at the Wineglass Marathon 2026 —and, of course, made time to walk both of the wedding venues, The Inn at Waneta & VENUE NOIR - planning styling updates, infrastructure improvements, and what’s next for Luxe.

We couldn’t do it without family beside us every step of the way. And trust us… you’ll want to stay tuned. Big updates are coming in 2027.

It’s a big weekend for Luxe Home and Leisure, with weddings taking place at both of our beautiful Finger Lakes venues - The Inn at Waneta and VENUE NOIR.

Harvest season at Venue Noir is officially underway! 🍇

Our first day of the 2026 harvest gave us blue skies, a beautiful bounty of Marquette grapes, and an incredible group of people willing to roll up their sleeves and help us bring it all in.

From our youngest helpers to our seasoned pickers, we’re so thankful for the community that showed up to make this harvest happen. There were plenty of laughs along the way, a few bird nests carefully left undisturbed—including one with a tiny resident 🐦—and even a snake sighting. Just another day in the vineyard!

Round two of harvest happens today before our grapes make their way to J.R. Dill Winery , where they’ll begin their next chapter—eventually becoming bottles to be enjoyed by our 2027 Venue Noir and Luxe Home and Leisure guests.

We love that this w**e is truly local—from the people helping us pick, to the w**emakers helping us bring it to life.

Research looks a little different when it comes with vineyard views. 🍇

Always learning, and always bringing a few new ideas home with him - this past week, Dave visited Balla Cloiche Vineyards in Stewartstown, PA, where he had the opportunity to chat with the owners about everything from crop loss and vineyard regulations to hosting weddings among the vines.

As VENUE NOIR begins carving out its own place in the w**e industry, conversations like these are invaluable. With our second yield looking like a fruitful one, we’re continuing to learn what it takes to grow not only a healthy vineyard, but an unforgettable vineyard experience for our guests. 🍷

The bridal and w**e industries are constantly evolving—and you can bet Dave will keep doing his homework. Cheers!
