We have lived "Beachside" for 15 years and love our beautiful beach town. The serenity of the home, the ocean breeze, hearing the waves crash, what's not to love? Navy Submarine Master Chief (Ret) (from KY) and I am a Math Professor (from WI-Go Pack!). We have been in the vacation rental business for 8 years and love meeting people from all over the world. We are always updating and pride ourselves on anticipating guest needs.

My goodness friends, we won 2025 Traveller Review Award for all 3 properties with booking.com!!
Bob and I have given our properties all of our love and attention. We always believed our greatest gift is anticipating guest needs. Thank you for solidifying this belief and thank you to all of our guests that we have met from all over the world via booking.com. Many new friends from Germany, Switzerland, New Zealand, Mexico, and so on! Our New Zealand guests that recently left invited us to "come on over!" Think we will!
We worked late last night getting Summer Rayne ready for another group. Woke up a bit tired, received some great news. Its going to be a good day!

What an amazing day...started with Grandbabies at the zoo. Our 6 month old grandson, Carter's first time to the zoo! Baked a bit with Connor the chef. Ending at a meet 'n greet at Romelia Farms and met amazing peeps! We heart today !
