Seagull has adopted a program called “Right to Use”. It is an idea that the board and our resort manager, Art Friedman, came up with to help keep Seagull’s income up and our maintenance fees down. It is also a great way to get something out of a unit that the association owns. The easiest way to describe the program to you is that any Seagull owned unit can be used by any owner (provided all other fees due to the association by that owner have been paid), for any reason, for the cost of the annual maintenance fee. You can occupy, exchange, or send a guest in to use the week. No deed, no paperwork, no fuss. On the bottom of this page you will find a link to the list of units available for this program. If you find one that would fit your needs, all you have to do is call the office and let us know. If that particular week is sold after you reserve it, you will be given the option to either pick another week or get your money back.
