What a lovely view tonight from Dauphin Island's East End. Bay Palms RV Resort is only four miles from the Dauphin Island bridge so views like this can be a regular treat for our guests.

This helps ensure a safe, peaceful environment for everyone—especially our children playing, families biking, and guests enjoying walks with their dogs.

As part of Heroes Week on Dauphin Island, we are proud to recognize Officer Ethan Steele of the Dauphin Island Police Department.

Officer Steele is originally from Grand Bay, Alabama and began his law enforcement career in 2023, graduating from the police academy in early 2024.

When he’s off duty, Officer Steele enjoys fishing, hunting, riding motorcycles and jet skis, and spending time on the beach watching the sunset.

We are proud to have Officer Steele serving the Dauphin Island community and appreciate his dedication to protecting and serving others.
