Shutting down The Blue Gable and need to sell almost everything... from towels and sheets (all nice and in excellent condition) to furniture... all kitchen... all supplies... game room (including popcorn machine with fixings, pop-a-shot, air hockey, game table, games, movies, books etc), library/office, exercise room, living room, bedrooms, decor, rugs, yard and dog run... you name it, it's for sale.  Last check out is 8/8/26.  Everything goes after that. Check out our website to view in advance.

First week is appointment only starting August 9th.  Private message for an appointment and address.  There is $5 per person entrance fee which can be credited to any purchases.
Furniture includes 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, bunk beds, trundle bed, mattresses, all bedding, almost new couch, dressers, chairs, dining table with benches and chairs, tvs, bookshelves, desk, lamps and more...

Please feel free to ask questions.   Happy to answer what we can.  Some answers may have to wait until we can get in the house between guests.

1991 Bluewater Boat. Comes with trailer, bimini, mooring cover, boat cover, kneeboard, wakeboard, tubes, skiis, boat cover, life jackets and tow ropes + boom tower. Has 507 hours on the motor. Good shape for its age, slight cosmetic damage shown in pics. Also has an issue with the starter, it still starts it just takes a little effort and once it’s going it’s fine. It’s been winterized every year I’ve owned it and always covered when not in use. Has 4.3L V6 Mercury Cruiser I/O. Great on gas. Can go 45mph. Also can come with a tarp and frame set up for the winter to avoid shrink wrapping or paying for storage. Private message if interested.

Sadly, after much consideration, we have decided to move on from offering a vacation rental. We will honor all current rentals and accept any we have space for before August 9th. You don't need a car to get to the marina, the world's largest floating boardwalk, McEuen Park, the Lake and all its activities... we could go on and on!
