We are so excited to recognize Lexi as our latest Personal Touch Award recipient! ❤️

Lexi recently went above and beyond for one of our long-term guests who was struggling after a fall. When she learned that even something as simple as doing his laundry had become difficult and painful, she didn't hesitate to step in. She washed, dried, folded, and personally brought everything back to his room — not because she was asked to, but simply because she saw someone who needed a little extra kindness.

THAT is what a Personal Touch is all about. 🥹 It's noticing the little things, genuinely caring about the people around you, and choosing to make someone's day a little easier.

Amber has been part of our TownePlace Suites family since we first opened our doors, and we couldn’t be more excited to see her step into this new role! From day one, she has been hardworking, dependable, caring, and always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. She takes so much pride in our hotel, our guests, and her team, and it absolutely shows.
