OUR MONTHLY SPACE RENTS ARE $750 AND UP, PLUS ELECTRICITY THROUGH AVISTA. We are a long-term trailer park renting our spaces on a month-to-month basis. The monthly rent includes water and sewer hookups, Wi-Fi and 48 channels of cable. Most of the electric is billed separately through Avista Utilities, we read the meters on a few spaces, and those few require a refundable electric deposit upon move in. We do allow older trailers, as long as they look decent on the outside and we are able to verify that before you move in. There are restrooms with showers and a laundry room on site. Our insurance company will not allow any breed of attack dog to live on the premises, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Rottweilers, Huskies, German Shepherds, etc. There is a 2 pet maximum per space. We do run a background check, looking for arrests and evictions, no fee charged for it if you are from Idaho, if you are from out of state you have to have lived in Idaho for the last 10 years to apply. We are currently searching for a new company to use for out of staters. You will find us located off Government Way, between Appleway Ave. and Neider Ave. (with a large white fence around us, next door to the Drummin Up BBQ food truck).
