Water’s Edge Short Term Stays We are a private Vacation and short term stay. Private beach and boat launch for your use. Dock, rowboat and canoe on site.

We are on Lake Champlain, our lake cottage (camp) Millie is a 2 minutes walk to the Colchester Causeway walking/biking trails. We are a team of 3 individuals who work together on/with Millie. Together we have over 40 years of experience in Real Estate, Rentals, Property Management, and Computer technology. We work to ensure our guests have a pleasant time. Although we are close by Millie, we let our guests enjoy Millie to the fullest.
