Camp Store featuring 8 flavors of hand dipped ice cream, ice, snacks, Colden Lakes Apparel, campfire wood, toys and more. Our resort has a heated in ground swimming pool and kiddie pool, playground, baseball diamond, half court basketball, gaga ball pit and four lakes to fish or kayak in. Additional campground amenities include a laundry facility, propane fill station, water electric and sewer hookups, dumping stations as well as well maintained restrooms and showers.

✨ Big News at Colden Lakes Resort! ✨

We’re excited to officially welcome the new management team to the Colden Lakes RV Resort family—Eric & Tanya Hardy!

Eric and Tanya are a dynamic duo bringing over 30 years of business experience from the Tampa Bay area. Not only do they work seamlessly together, but they’ve also embraced the full-time RV lifestyle—giving them a unique, firsthand understanding of what truly makes a campground feel like home.

Over the past few years, they’ve gained hands-on experience working within a campground setting, where they discovered their passion for creating peaceful, well-run parks and meaningful guest experiences.

Tanya, originally from Marietta, Georgia, grew up in Tampa Bay, while Eric is no stranger to Western New York—having roots in Tonawanda and Grand Island. For Eric, this is a homecoming… and for both of them, it’s the start of an exciting new chapter.

At the heart of everything they do is family. With two grown sons, they understand the importance of connection, comfort, and creating a space where people can truly relax and make lasting memories.

💬 Their goal this season?
A quiet, beautifully maintained park where every guest feels welcome, cared for, and completely at ease.
