Like many businesses, Parsons Street has had to reinvent themselves in the past year and half. As most of you know, we were unable to reopen the restaurant here at our Colebrook Location after our time at Jacksons Lodge, and have missed all of our local customers & friends more than you could ever know.

We are excited however, to introduce some changes and additions to Parsons Street lodging. This fall we completed a fourth suite on the ground floor with it's own private entrance and porch: The Umbagog Suite. Check out the photos of this new suite along with the re-invention of our dining room, lounge & kitchen space. We'd love you to stop by for a tour!

Come in every week on Wednesday to sample all our discounted "Small Plates" and "Appetizers" and take advantage of our Chef's Small Plate & Appetizer Specials for this night only! Wednesday, February 5th - we'll be featuring "Asian Cuisine" - you won't want to miss it! (Regular menu is also served, come in any time!)

Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing Moms!! Just like many of you, Mother's Day is sometimes bitter-sweet when we have lost our Mom. This is my mom Kay - she was a 4'11" force! ... and how I miss her! I love you Mom!
