To ensure we have enough for everyone, please reply to this post with any items you're able to donate so we can easily track. Early donations feel free to drop off at the office. Day of event drop off please have items to Friendship Hall by 11:00 AM.

Items Needed:
Vodka
Tequila (Tequila Sunrise)
Grenadine (Tequila Sunrise)
Champagne/Moscato (If you're a Mimosa/Bellini drinker please donate, came close to running out 2 years in a row)
Zing Zang!! A Broadview Favorite!! (or any other Bloody Mary mix you would like to donate)
Orange Juice (Needs lots of orange juice, used in Mimosa & Tequila Sunrise)
Strawberries for Mimosa’s
Celery
Meat & Cheese Picks
Shrimp
Bacon
Or any other item you love in your Bloody Mary and want to share.
Any leftover items you wish to have returned, please mark with your name/lot #. Any unmarked, non-reusable items will be disposed of.

***Site Check Update***
Jerry advised he will be doing site checks next weekend. Please be sure your lot is clean, fire pits are free of trash, grass is cut, weeds are trimmed, etc. Stop by the office if you need a copy of a self-inspection form to ensure your lot is in order.

Note: Any work that needs to be completed by the campground will be billed to you.

The Weather is not looking good for having fireworks so they are cancelled. At this point, we will not be rescheduling them and we’ll add them to the Labor Day show to make it bigger.

The Fireworks are rescheduled for 7/18, weather permitting. We are hopeful that the forecast changes by then.

We are sad to cancel our firework show but the ground is too wet and the rain just keeps coming. We are working on plans for our rescheduled show. Keep your wristbands until we know how we are going to proceed.

June Electric bill is due. We have some folks that are 3 months behind, please make sure you pay up before July 15th or you can possibly be unplugged.
