Stagecoach Cabin: The Stagecoach Cabin is a homestead cabin (with outdoor kitchen) from a Colorado stagecoach stop. This antique western-themed off-grid (no running water or electricity) rental accommodates up to three guests and features a full outdoor kitchen equipped with a propane stove and fridge. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed and a twin floor mattress. An outdoor bathroom facility is provided, complete with a pit toilet and solar shower.

The Silo: The Silo is a guest suite built in a grain bin. This rental accommodates two guests and includes electricity and Wi-Fi but does not have running water. Inside, you’ll find a queen bed, along with a table and chairs, plus a microwave and fridge for convenience. A shaded outdoor kitchenette is also available, and the bathroom facility features a pit toilet and solar shower.

Basecamp: Basecamp is a furnished rustic cottage centrally located just outside the town of Collbran, Colorado. Open year round and available for mid-term stays as well as short-term stays, this rental can accommodate up to six guests and offers full amenities, including electricity, running water, heating, and air conditioning. Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a dining area. There are two bedrooms featuring a queen bed, twin bunks, and a futon, along with one bathroom that includes a toilet, sink, and shower. Guests can also enjoy a private courtyard, and pets are welcome.

Sheep Camp: "Steel and Wool" Sheep Camp, our largest and most remote off-grid (no water or electricity) short-term rental, features a quonset hut bedroom and covered outdoor kitchen paired with a sheep wagon bunkie. This rental accommodates up to four adults and two children, with walk-in access only. It features a full outdoor kitchen with a propane stove and fridge, as well as five total beds--queen and single floor mattress in the quonset and twin top bunk, children's floor bunk, and children's bench in the sheep wagon. An outdoor bathroom facility is provided, complete with a pit toilet and solar shower. At Sheep Camp, you can relax by the pond, swing in the hammocks, play yard games, or explore the property on a hike—all just steps away.

The Sunroom: Guests staying at The Silo, Stagecoach Cabin, or Sheep Camp also enjoy access to the Sunroom, the porch at the front of our house. There, you’ll find free high-speed Wi-Fi, coffee, cold drinks, and light snacks/ breakfast items.
