Hello New Friends and Old,

The Aggieland Cottage B&B House (506 W Dexter Dr)and my rent house next door (504 W Dexter D) are now for sale. I will be moving closer to family.

Please note that if you look up the houses on Zillow or Realtor.com you will find them sometimes incorrectly mapped as being on Dexter rather than W Dexter. GPSs are ever confused by this wonderful old neighborhood. Try 506 Dexter or general area search.

TAMU Football is just around the corner and Aggieland Cottage is almost full for game weekends, with only Derek's Room available for the UL Lafayette Weekend September 15 & 16 and the Miss St Weekend Oct 37 & 28. The only weekend with both rooms still available is the New Mexico Lobo weekend Nov 10 & 11.
