Arrington House Bed & Breakfast Stay at the Arrington House, our bed and breakfast in College Station, Texas! Room suites available The home was purchased in early in 2015. Check out time noon.

Ray Bewley and his wife purchased the land in 1966 for what is known today as The Arrington House. The family built the A-framed style 2,000 square foot home in 1981. The adjoining land is still owned by the Bewley family as well as the Arrington family which the road is named after. The house consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The great room opens into the kitchen and is available to all gue

sts. The home was recently completely renovated including new fixtures, flooring, and furniture. Every guest is very special and important to us. Behind the “Arrington” name is the meaning “eagle” from the old English origin and history. We have incorporated this theme into each of the bedroom suites. The home is unique in the fact that it is located in a rural setting but close to the heart of south College Station. Minutes away from Texas A&M and the Bush Library. Also located on the property are several parking pads that will accommodate up to Class A motor coaches. Electrical, water, and sewer are provided. We can host small wedding events, couples retreats, bridal/baby showers, dinners, cooking classes, and company events. Catering services available for any bookings. Policies and Additional Information:

For room availability and reservations, please call (979) 575.4181 or email us at [email protected]. A deposit equal to the first night stay is required to confirm your reservation and will be charged to your credit card. In the event you need to cancel, your deposit less a $50 fee will be refunded provided we are notified at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel less than 7 days from your arrival date you forfeit your deposit. An e-mail or written letter is required for any cancellations or changes to an existing reservation. Special events have a nonrefundable deposit equal to the length of stay. Minimum of two nights required on holidays or special event weekends. Check in time is 3 pm. If you are arriving late please contact us about self check in. Discounted rates are available for stays of three nights or more. Rates are for double occupancy. Special situations for guests with children. Please call for information. State and local hotel occupancy taxes apply to above rates. We are a smoke free establishment. There will be a $250 charge for breaking the policy. Prior approval for pets.
