Guests always tell us their favorite part of The Pine House is the yard, so we listened! We installed a sprinkler system that will make watering more efficient and reduce wasting water all while making the yard the best one on the block! We can’t wait to host more guests this summer!

Been so busy working on improvements, that we haven’t been able to share them.
We installed AC in The Pine House! 🎉 It took removing the old swamp cooler, replacing the siding, patching drywall, adding the new unit, and thermostat! ✨Here’s to visiting us for colorado summer adventures with a cool AC base camp!✨
