Jose was very helpful on the phone. After this stay I cancelled a reservation at another hotel and rebooked 2 additional nights at this property. Dennen? I think was his name...was always nice and courteous at the front desk. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

This is the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is exceptional, the decor is relaxed and inviting. The breakfast is great, and the dinner and happy hour specials are fantastic. The value of this hotel for the price you pay can't be beat. The lobby is so inviting. I look forward to my stays in Colorado Springs. Keep up the great work.

I rate this experience as high or higher than the Hilton in Ft. Collins. Lobby, same restaurant dinner, excellent. Best prime rib I've ever had, service excellent. Room high class.
