Pikes Peak Fireworks taken tonight at 9 PM. The cloud on top of the peak blocked the view of a lot of the fireworks but some were still visible. Happy New Year!

From the Photographer: “Super Blood Moon Over Pikes Peak! 🌕😍🏔

We had the perfect spot lined up out on the Eastern Plains for us to get this in one shot! However, the weather did not cooperate with us and we were completely skunked by clouds! …Therefore, I decided to create a two image composite with the Super Blood Wolf Moon that I took back in 2019 and I combined it with a photo of Pikes Peak.
