We have had a roller-coaster of a week over here, but we are safe!

We are so thrilled to have had the support of amazing fire squads and countless helping agencies to keep this beautiful slice of paradise alive.

While it seems that the fire area still has some heat, it is no longer growing and we believe its pushed off of the road far enough with enough fire fuels burned so that we are very far out of the path of danger for this fire. Amazing news is that I haven't heard of any injuries or homes and structures burned. We hope the animals in the fires path found safe haven through the unfortunate events!

We at Mountaindale are feeling very grateful and counting our blessings. Stay safe, everyone! Hope to see you all soon!

Down here at Mountaindale, we are so appreciative for all of the folks who are helping to fight this fire. We wish we could personally thank all of the firefighters and involved parties. We are fortunate that the fire is on the east side of the highway, and we hope it stays away from homes and businesses (ours included).

Everyone send good vibes and positive energy our way, please!

Observe red flag warnings, mind Fire restrictions, and be cognizant of wind before you light a campfire! (This fire was not started by a campfire)
