RAD vibes at America’s Highest Suspension Bridge

We traded hostel life for a day of big views, big laughs, and a whole lot of adventure at the Royal Gorge. Days like this are exactly why we love Colorado, getting outside, exploring somewhere new, and making memories together.

RAD Team Road Trip 🏔️❤️

We took a day away from the hostel and headed out to Royal Gorge for some good old-fashioned team building.

Getting everyone outside the hostel, spending time together, laughing, exploring, and just being humans outside of work was exactly what we needed.

A big part of RAD is the people behind it, and we’re pretty lucky to have this crew. 🫶

Eight years ago today, RAD Hostel opened its doors for the very first time. 🎉

Since September 14, 2018, thousands of travelers from around the world have walked through those doors, many arriving alone and leaving with people they now call friends.

For eight years, we’ve been curing loneliness through bonfires, karaoke, shared dinners, mountain adventures, game nights, spontaneous dance parties, silliness, laughter and a little bit of whimsy.

But most of all, we’ve been curing loneliness by creating a place where people can let down their walls, be their authentic selves and know that while they’re here, they belong.

The most important thing we offer has never been a bed.
It’s belonging.

Happy 8th birthday, RAD Hostel! Here’s to all the friendships already made, and all the people we haven’t met yet. 💛
