The Timbrook Guesthouse

The Timbrook Guesthouse The Timbrook Guesthouse; experience the Aloha spirit. The Timbrook Guesthouse is better known as the "Old Jack Antrim Farmhouse'.
(201)

This southern colonial mansion was built in 1875 and originally consisted of 83 acres which included all of Indian Hills. This was the Antrim residence from 1921 to 1945 when Jack sold the house along with 15 acres to the Timmons Family. The Timmons Family and their horses called this home for over 40 years. They are the ones who coined the property "Timbrook" after their name and Kempton Run whic

h flows on the southern end of the estate. By the time the Doles took ownership in 1988, only 4 acres remained with the farmhouse. After raising 6 children and many German Shepherds, the Doles have decided to remain in the main house but convert a portion for the purpose of a guesthouse. The property consists of a beautiful elipse-shaped swimming pool, a greenhouse filled with tropical trees and orchids, a large vegetable garden, perennial gardens that offer wonderful color throughout the property and an aviary filled with 5 gorgeous parrots who just love to entertain and talk. When walking this property, it is hard to believe you are in the middle of a large metropolitan area.
