Spring is amazing at the cottage with wildflowers, hummingbirds, and butterflies! 🦋

There are three main types of solar eclipses: a total, annular, and partial. A total eclipse happens when the moon completely blocks the sun’s surface. An annular eclipse happens when the moon lies too far from earth to block the sun completely. This causes the sun to look like a “ring of fire.” A partial eclipse happens when the moon’s outer shadow touches earth.

Kerrville, Texas will experience an annular eclipse on 10.14.23 and a total eclipse on 04.08.24. 😎

Anyone need a great and creative place to get away to write?
We were so excited to find this antique game table and chairs set , and we turned into a functional writing desk.
This place has great natural light already with a big ledge window overlooking the firepit and 17.5 acres of .
To assure enough light for working we added this great antique desk lamp .
The sign adds to the feel of home from . 🏡
A few antique books and glasses really finish this area to inspire that writing! ✍🏻
