The Frio is still up and rising. The seasonal creeks are still flowing. Please limit travel as much as possible.

The Frio is Rising. Most low water crossings are closed already. If you see water on the road, turn around, don't drown. Seasonal Creaks have risen as expected. If you are traveling to or from San Antonio, Hwy 127 is closed; you must go through Uvalde. Please limit travel as much as possible.
