🌊 This is what we’ve been waiting for! 🌊

The Frio River is FULL, fast, and absolutely incredible! This is the start of the float trip at Blasek’s Crossing, and it’s hands down the best floating we’ve had in years.

From here, you can float:
🛟 Down to our River Terrace property, or
🛟 Keep going all the way to the 1050 Bridge.

Just one word of advice… hold on tight! 😄 The current is moving, and if you’re not paying attention, you might find yourself taking an unexpected swim right at the start. That’s all part of the Frio adventure!

The sound of the rushing water, the cool spring-fed river, and a float through one of the most beautiful stretches of the Frio… it doesn’t get much better than this.

IT SURVIVED! 🌊

The famous River Terrace riverfront log made it through the flood! 🙌

It may be a little shorter than it used to be, but it’s still there… ready for many more hours of relaxing, sitting, splashing, fishing, and making Frio River memories.

The river has a way of changing after every flood, but some traditions are just too tough to wash away. ❤️

Come see the “new and improved” log for yourself, cool off in the deep swimming hole, and enjoy one of the best stretches of the Frio River.

🏡 River Terrace Cabin #4 just became available!

🌊 Some of the best memories are made on last-minute trips! 🌊

There's something special about packing a bag, hitting the road, and ending up on the banks of the beautiful Frio River. Right now, the river is looking fantastic after the recent rains! The water is back in its banks, the river is refreshing, and every day it's getting clearer. You really need to see it for yourself!

And the best part? We're about to have some of the best floating of the year! The fresh water has the Frio looking incredible, making this the perfect time to plan a getaway.

🏡 River Terrace Cabins - #2, #3, #4 available Sunday (7/19) through Tuesday (7/21)
🏡 Shady Oaks—our private riverfront home—is available tomorrow (7/19) through Wednesday (7/22). Enjoy your own private stretch of the Frio River, plenty of room to relax, and all the peace and quiet you could ask for.

Whether you're floating, splashing in the cool water, relaxing in a lawn chair by the river, or spending the evening around the fire pit listening to the katydids, there's still plenty of summer left to enjoy.
