Our children’s group from Double Springs Baptist Church was truly blessed this summer at SMBC. It was the first year at camp for five of our campers and they loved their week at camp.
Although the pool was being repaired the staff provided water activities and games every day. Our campers loved wading in the creek, swinging on the tire swing, and playing gaga ball. The highlight of the week for our campers was going on the Creek Walk with Caleb and Isaac.
As a former staff, 1976 -1979, 1983, it was a blessing to see the summer staff serve and interact with our campers. Each chapel service the speaker shared the gospel through stories and illusions. Our students developed a deeper understanding of God during this amazing week of camp.

SHAKE IT OUT Week 2 was so much fun! It rained almost the whole week but everyone had a blast shaking it out in the rain!

Week 1 of SHAKE IT OUT was awesome!!! Thank you to all the churches and counselors that brought kids to camp this week. And thank you to all the kids who made our week AMAZING!!!
