Following along in our Housekeeping Executive Series, this week we are proud to spotlight Dulce Barron from Towneplace Suites - Conroe!

Congratulations Yaneli!!

This week’s Employee Spotlight is extra special — we are proud to celebrate our Rise Management Employee of the Quarter, Nelly Benitez!

Serving as Sales Manager at Towneplace Suites - Conroe. Yaneli consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our guests and clients receive exceptional service. Her dedication to both sales and overall hotel operations makes her an invaluable part of the team.

Over the past month, Yaneli has truly exemplified what it means to step up when it matters most. From supporting the front desk, to assisting in the breakfast area during a team member’s absence, to serving as a key point of communication for the housekeeping team, she has seamlessly worn multiple hats — all while maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Her General Manager, Omar, shared:

“Yaneli has been absolutely extraordinary this past month. She has covered our front office while we are one person down, she stepped in to support the breakfast area while a team member was on vacation, all while continuing to manage her sales responsibilities. She also served as a translator for our housekeeping team, helping ensure smooth communication across departments.

She was essentially supporting three different additional areas of the hotel at once, while maintaining her own responsibilities never once complaining — she simply stepped in and got the job done. She is truly a phenomenal asset to our team.”
