🔥 BURN BAN IN EFFECT 🔥
A burn ban is currently in effect at all Last Frontier Council properties until further notice.
Please plan accordingly and help us keep our camps, Scouts, volunteers, and communities safe. No open flames or burning are permitted while the ban is in effect.
We’ll share an update when the burn ban is lifted.

🏕️ Fall Encampment 2026
Scouts BSA Troops and Venturing Crews are invited to Diamond H Scout Ranch for a weekend of hands-on adventure and skill-building!
Youth will choose their weekend program, with activities that may include shooting sports, fishing, fly fishing, wilderness survival, outdoor cooking, geocaching, surveying, search and rescue, and more. Some programs will cover select merit badge requirements, although badges may not be completed during the weekend.

Become a nationally recognized NRA-Certified Range Safety Officer and help ensure safe shooting activities and range operations.

💲 $100 per student, plus NRA certification fees
🥪 Box lunch provided
🔞 Participants must be 21 or older
This full-day course includes classroom instruction, practical exercises and a written certification test. A score of 90% is required for certification.
