l bath is located downstairs. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms with a private bath and two bedrooms which can also be a suite with a private bath. The full kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and ample counter space and island seating area. There living room is appointed with a new widescreen TV, and the house now has additional seating in a den. Outside amenities include 10 acres for hiking/walking, stocked pond with seating area, gas grill and furnished covered porch. Located just 8 miles to the Dreams Park, minutes to lake activities, and 3 miles to the Village of Cooperstown. This home is the perfect vacation rental for families visiting our area, as it is close to local attractions!
