Fun, maybe something to check out!

Art in the library for July is the work of Roy Lowry's students. The mediums include watercolors, pastels, scratchboard and mixed media work. These pieces were created in classes at the Gallery of Ocean Shores + North Beach Artists Guild. Come enjoy these lovely works of art and get inspired!

Ever wonder what your charges go to when you pay to stay in an AirBNB? (A non-sexy topic, but one that many travelers consider and worry about!) Here are just a few: repairs, upgrades, mortgage, renter's insurance, supplies, cleaning fees, lawn maintenance fees, HOA fees, occupancy taxes, utilities, paint (we do paint repairs on the railing yearly), fees for apps that make your hosts available. Oh yeah!!! Head down to Ocean Shores for this breakfast!

Aloha!!! OBRs new weekend special, loco moco!!! Jasmine rice, ground beef paddy, house made beef gravy and a couple perfectly fried eggs! 15 bucks for a little taste of the Hawaiian island to transport you from the cold! Aloha! (It means goodbye too. We checked)
