2024 Front 9 Endurance Golf — this past week we celebrated this year’s longest day of golf at the top of the Keweenaw. The day started with one of the resident deer making an appearance before the first tee time, and ended with a relaxing evening round. All rounds played were afforded wonderful weather and the classic view of Brockway Mountain from the hole 1 tee box. Just one more round….

The 2025 Back 9 Endurance Run — one more round — the count down is on, with the start of the 12-&-24 hour endurance run on Saturday, May 25th.

2024 Dawg Daze — the Forest Dog Derby course is setup for tomorrow’s event.

The groomer was able to get out on the snow today and groom the trails in the forest. We are ready for tomorrow. The activities start at 11am and go until 2:30pm.

The 4th annual Dawg Daze is this Saturday (March 2nd), 11am - 2:30pm.

Come join us at the Lodge, and participate with your dog in the Perimeter Dog Derby (a skijoring race) and the Dawg Costume Contest (dress up, and highlight your dog’s best qualities). Our made-from-scratch dog bone biscuits are in the oven.

This event is a fundraiser benefiting the Copper Country Humane Society. It is free to enter, but we are suggesting making a $10 donation.

Stargazing: Night Sky Photography Workshop, January 12, 7:00pm at the Lodge

Registered participants will join for an educational evening that discusses camera equipment needed for photographing the night sky, the camera settings used, and the best locations for viewing.

The photo workshop encompasses our January week long Lights Out! event.

This is one of our initiatives to provide experiential learning as the headquarters for the park.
