The Friends of the Dillon Ranger District help maintain these trails & so much more near our county, and you can volunteer with them for trail maintenance, forest health, funeral, education & community events, ranger patrol & they also have youth events so no matter the age you can get involved!

From peaceful forest walks to scenic mountain adventures, there’s no better place to reconnect with nature than right here in the Rockies.

This National Trails Day, celebrate the beauty just outside our doors and explore everything Summit County has to offer.

The evening will be hands-on fun, exploration, and community support at Mountain Sprouts Academy's Big Truck Night Fundraiser!

Come check-out an exciting lineup of vehicles and equipment including:
🚒 Fire trucks
🚑 Police and emergency vehicles
🚜 Construction trucks
🚚 Snow and mountain operations equipment
🚁 The Flight for Life Helicopter
