*VERY IMPORTANT NOTE SHOULD BE NOTED BEFORE YOU BOOK* :
In order for us to grant access to the unit, we require id's from ALL PERSONS OVER THE AGE OF 18 in your group. We do this in order to ensure that the same people that book are the same ones we will grant access to. In addition, since we serve alcohol included in the listing, we must ensure that the people drinking it are over the age of 21 since it is illegal in Florida to serve alcohol to anybody under 21. Lastly, if anyone performs any criminal or illegal acts such as willful intent to destroy, vandalize or damage, a police report will be filed against all the responsible group. This applies even to people booking with "instant or same day bookings". It truly is for your safety and that of the rest of the people that occupy the building.
Every single guest that books as an "instant booker" will be greeted in person at the unit within 30 minutes after we receive the booking and all pertinent id's. Please note that all id's must be submitted via this portal, or text directly to my phone number PRIOR to anyone greeting you. At the time of greeting we will provide you with the entry code after we have confirmed that the people that booked are the same ones in the ids. All id's must be provided clearly visible; with no cross out markings or covered information included but not limited to photo, date of birth, number of the actual id, etc.
If you feel uncomfortable with this request, we will not be able to accommodate you no matter how much of a sense of urgency you have.
Safety for everyone is our number one priority and we sincerely hope you understand this.
You will always be welcomed with a bottle of wine (the picture shown is for display purposes only, since the wine will vary in brand). If the group is under 21 years of age, the wine will be eliminated and substituted with additional snacks or a T-shirt from USA simply because it is ilegal in Florida to serve liquor to anyone under the age of 21.
Aside from this you are welcome to use anything in the apartment.
The laundry room is outside of the unit in a separate room and there is laundry detergent, dryer sheets and laundry stain remover inside a laundry basket in the kitchen (right below the microwave) for you to use as well.
This is a NON SMOKING/NON SMOKERS/ NON VA**NG BUILDING
Kindly take this into account prior to booking, as if evidence were found of smoking while at your stay, you will forfeit your deposit due to an ionization fee of $250 to remove all odors from the unit and or building.
