Sunny Dock Rentals was created with one goal — to give our guests a comfortable place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy Michigan lake life. From morning coffee overlooking the water to kayaking, fishing, swimming and evenings around the fire, we want every stay to feel like a true getaway.

We proudly offer three unique lakefront rentals on Cowden Lake and Tacoma Lake, each thoughtfully prepared with amenities that make it easy to arrive, relax and start making memories. Families, couples, groups and four-legged guests are welcome at select properties.
