There’s something special about standing on land with this much history beneath your feet.

Long before D.A.Ranch became known for vineyards and wine, this property was a working cattle ranch rooted in the heart of Page Springs. Established in 1876, the land carried generations of hard work, family tradition, and deep respect for the Verde Valley. In 1910, Gertrude Gates purchased the ranch and created the iconic “DA” cattle brand — a mark that still lives on today.

When the Petznick family found the ranch years later, they didn’t just see a beautiful property — they saw a place worth preserving. What began with a few Syrah vines eventually grew into the vineyards, orchards, tasting room, and gathering spaces that so many people now make memories in.

Even as D.A.Ranch has evolved over the years, the soul of the property has remained the same: a place connected to the land, shaped by family, and meant to be shared. 🍷🌿
