UPDATE: 8/2/26 is PENDING

After a lot of family conversations, we’ve decided that The Balcony will not be available for rentals in 2027. ❤️

For the next year, we’re going to enjoy it as our family beach home and make some memories of our own here.

That also means the week of 8/2/26 may truly be one of the last chances to stay at The Balcony for the foreseeable future.

We originally held that week for family use, but have decided to open it up one last time.

If you’ve ever wanted to stay here, or have been meaning to come back one more time, this may be your opportunity.

Thank you to everyone who has made The Balcony such a special part of your family traditions over the years. We’ve loved sharing our home with you more than you know! 🫶🏻
