We had a wonderful stay! The host was very friendly, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions. The place was clean and well-maintained, the pool was clean, and the backyard was absolutely beautiful. All the rooms were stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and convenient. The location was also great, with stores nearby. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely book again! Highly recommend! 😊

Rather Be was great to rent from. They were able to accommodate a last minute change due to unforseen weather events which allowed us to maintain our vacation plans. The house was excellent and allowed us to experience a different part of OBX. We will definitely be using Rather Be again and its good to know that we can rent from them in multiple locations. Thanks!

The house was just as listed, clean, organized, and well maintained. We had a small issue with the pool one day, but the host was very responsive and had someone come out to fix it within the hour, which we really appreciated. My friends and I had a great time and really enjoyed our stay. We would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Al and Elissa have been phenomenal property managers on my short term rentals. There knowledge of the market, rates, and trends have been extremely helpful and I feel that they really want to make sure we maximize the property and ensure that the guests have an amazing experience! I highly recommend them

I can’t say enough good things about Elissa and Al. They are both so kind, responsive, and genuinely care about the homes and people they work with. I would absolutely trust them with my home in Corolla and know it would be in the best hands. They go above and beyond, and you can really tell they take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for property managers in the OBX, I would definitely recommend them ❤️

When taking a family vacation, nothing matters more than just being with family... and also having the right place to stay. Rather Be Properties was one of the best vacation rentals we've ever had. We stayed at one of their Corolla properties in OBX and it was a fantastic experience. The hosts were wonderful at communication and helping us when and if we needed anything and made the whole process smooth and easy. A vacation should be a time to relax without having to worry about things, and with Rather Be Properties, we were able to truly enjoy ourselves with no worry. Not only were they great to work with, but their home was absolutely beautiful. It came fully stocked with everything you could need and more!I would highly recommend staying with them on your next family vacation!
