It is approximately 3 houses down to the 2 block walkway to the beach. Private pool, hot tub, pool table, basketball hoop, sand volleyball court, swing set, 2 family rooms, and plenty of room for parking. It's your own little resort!

We usually shut down for the season in September, but might be open to holiday weeks if interested.
