We won't be doing any major renovations this off-season. But will be doing some other updates, like some addtional deck furniture. Stay tuned!!

Also, the walkway directly across from the house is in the process of being replaced, along with a footwash, bike rack, and benches. A nice add.

For those of you who rent with us at A Sweet Dream, beginning 10/5/2024, and for the 2025 season and beyond, we will be changing our property management company. We will move away from Vacasa and move to Coastal Carolina Vacations. We believe this will result in a better experience for us, but especially for our guests, which is our number 1 priority. Well...the south master bathroom remodel is slowly moving along...but some of the white shower tiles were not the same white as others...so off they came...and needing to be re-done. What next?

Upper deck, which is receiving new Trex decking and handrails, is being squared off on the southeast side (previously rounded off). It will look a little weird with the mid level deck below it being rounded off until it is squared off next year.

Demo of mid-level king master bath completed. Let the remodel begin...new tiled shower, glass shower doors, new flooring, new vanity with double sinks and granite top.
