We just love how the new game room turned out! So much fun for all ages and connects right out to the pool area. We also have mid level and top level family rooms with cozy sofas and TVs for hanging out with family and friends.

Another BIG change for 2025!!! FREE POOL HEAT!!!! OBX Waves did not have a pool heater and we knew this was a required upgrade, especially for spring season rentals. Rental rates did not change and we are offering pool heat for FREE!!
