IMO, there is nothing better than an outdoor shower after a long day at the beach, with a drink of course….

With new siding and trim going up, we took the opportunity to redo the outdoor showers, waiting on the doors, but loving the work the team at Coastal Residential Maintenance have done so far.

The 2022 season is just getting started and we have been busy getting the house ready with a whole new look. From a new roof, to new siding and paint, to new lights, and a new pool liner (coming soon), we made changes from top to bottom. Apologies if you were expecting yellow vinyl siding and a red roof for your stay, we hope you like this better.

Excited for this off-season, as we are undergoing our biggest change to date. New siding and roof for a new look and color in 2022! Excited to see the work underway, more excited to see the final product in person in a few weeks.

Just in time for the 2021 season, we have remodeled the 2 bathrooms on the bottom floor, and they look great, I can't wait to see them in person. Each year since 2014, Chris and the Coastal Residential Maintenance team have remodeled rooms in the house and repaired areas that needed some TLC. This completes all the bathrooms in the house, now what's next....

Excited that visitors are able to return to the OBX. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy. Ran down to the house yesterday to stock up on washable blankets, and opened the house for the season. A number of new things for the house in 2020 and was happy to finally see them in person and look forward to sharing them with our guests this season. Everyone stay safe and can’t wait to get back down to the OBX.
