Hello, sweet followers! I have not been good at keeping up the calendar I have linked in the page. My apologies. We have a TON of bookings.
Just an update: we just signed a contract to sell the condo to some friends of ours. We are scheduled to close mid August. If you or someone you know booked it already, you don't need to worry - everything should remain the same for you. If you want to see if any dates are available before mid August, just email me to ask at [email protected] and I'll let you know. The calendar is too cumbersome to keep up using my cell phone. I will be deactivating this page in the next several weeks.

Fun for our guests staying over Easter weekend

We are on the third guest this week! Business is booming!! We have guests every weekend for the next several weeks too.
Funny story - I just love our guests. I really do. We have been blessed with every guest who has stayed at the condo......The guest checking in tomorrow texted me asking if she could check in early. I asked her when, and she said like 4/5am of check in day. I didn't have anyone staying tonight, and it wouldn't cost us anything really to have them come in early outside of a little more electricity. So I told her I am fine with it, however, with my schedule, I can't get in to clean after the last guest until Friday morning. She said since I was nice enough to consider letting them check in early that she is going to clean it for me. 😳
She said she cleaned airbnb's during covid to supplement her income and knew how that all worked. She was totally willing so they didn't have to chill in her vehicle on the beach until check in time. So, I told her I would drop off the clean linens and supplies (photos below) for her today after getting Corbin from school and grab the dirty linens and if she cleaned it, we had a deal. 😊
So, this is the first time I've ever had a guest ready and willing to clean after the last guest. 😆

My goodness, we have had a slew of new bookings these next several weeks! Word got out about how great it is to stay at Little Piece of Padre! We still have a perfect 5.0 guest rating on all the booking sites (we are listed on most major booking sites, or you can book by sending Lauren an email). If you are looking to visit Padre Island soon, check out the calendar and book quickly. Dates are filling up fast!

Hi! I am a cute little studio condo vacation rental on Padre Island across from Whitecap Beach.

I am within walking distance to the beach, the new Sandbox Beach Bar (across the street on the beach), and various bars and restaurants!

I feature a queen sized bed, a futon sofa (can fit two children or one adult), an air mattress, a full kitchen, full bathroom, a heated pool and spa a few steps from my door. You don't need to bring anything except for your luggage and yourself (and any food or drinks if you would like to utilize my kitchen!).
