Located in Flour Bluff, about a 10 minute drive to the local island beaches and where the fishing is always closer! •THE SPACE•
The house has an open floor plan for you to relax in and enjoy. Set up perfectly for families or for longer stays with minimalistic decor. The house consists of tile and painted/sealed concrete floors with only one rug in living room, this is specifically to keep it pet friendly! First guest room with shared hall bathroom (queen bed). Second guest room with door to shared hall bathroom (twin daybed with twin trundle bed underneath). All bedrooms have room darkening curtains. Living room has two couches, one is a full size sofa bed when converted and the other can sleep one person as well. Full kitchen with pantry and laundry room connected. Some basic spices, olive oil, sugar and coffee provided. Dining table will sit 6! Backyard oasis to hang out and enjoy drinks and coffee with a view and access to the pond! We only have one TV in the house in hopes you will use this time to spend with each other or to enjoy our beautiful city. We do however offer great WiFi which you can use the smart TV/Roku or your personal devices to log onto your different accounts. The fully fenced backyard has a great couch and chair for relaxing along with a comfortable hammock to take a cat nap in. Play corn hole or giant jenga! We provide some food to feed the ducks, geese and turtles if you wish! For the dogs: We have a few towels if needed, a blanket, some clean up spray (hope you do not need it!), food and water bowls.

Owners are highly allergic to cats but we have a few requests in place if you must bring them. The yard is all rock, no grass at the moment. We love our neighbors and neighborhood. With that said we have a strict policy of no events or parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. If this is not followed, it may lead to an immediate cancelation of the remaining stay and/or extra charge. Security Cameras and Alarm System:
This installed for safety and when property is vacant. Please leave the alarm system alone while staying here. You will have the benefit of seeing who rings the doorbell from the inside camera screen while here though! Camera locations: The Ring doorbell security camera is mounted at the front door and is motion detected. There are two cameras mounted on each corner of front of the house and one on the back of the house facing back fence. Guest access:

Host stays in studio. Co-host is a few houses away.
