ZJZ Hospitality, Inc. is pleased to announce the commencement of construction for Homewood Suites by Hilton, the latest addition to our portfolio. Deven S Bhakta, President and CEO, expresses enthusiasm for expanding into downtown Corpus Christi, foreseeing Homewood Suites as a valuable contribution to the region's positive growth. "Our aim is to elevate the offerings of our city, and this new hotel will provide a relaxed yet upscale experience appealing to both corporate and leisure travelers," Bhakta states.
Situated at the intersection of Chaparral St and Lomax St downtown, the hotel is owned by Elevate QOF, LLC, and designed by Corpus Christi-based firms Turner Ramirez Architects. Philip Ramirez, Principal at TR architects, notes the unique exterior façade and lobby design, emphasizing their commitment to integrating elements that complement and enrich the surrounding area.
Homewood Suites will feature 127 contemporary, urbane suites with separate bedrooms, living rooms, and fully equipped kitchens, delivering a home-like ambiance. Hotel amenities encompass complimentary breakfast, an outdoor grill and entertainment area, fitness and business centers, guest laundry facilities, and evenings featuring complimentary light dinners and drinks. Additionally, the hotel will be pet-friendly.
Exclusive offerings include "Top Golf Swing" suites for corporate and social events, a rooftop terrace bar, and street-front retail and restaurant spaces with outdoor patio seating, adding distinctive elements to the overall experience.
