ZJZ Capital, APD Construction, ZJZ Hospitality Inc., Lone Star Pups LLC and ZJZ Development are pleased to announce the appointment of Phillip Ritley as Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. In addition to his role as CFO, Mr. Ritley will also serve as President of APD Construction, enhancing the leadership team across the ZJZ family of companies.

Phil brings over 30 years of experience in the financial sector, having held executive positions at American Bank, where he played a key role in driving growth, operational excellence, and financial stewardship.

“Phil is not only a seasoned financial leader with a proven track record—he’s also a trusted friend,” said Deven Bhakta, CEO of ZJZ Capital. “His deep understanding of finance, paired with his integrity and leadership, make him the ideal person to help guide our companies into the next phase of growth and innovation.”

In his new roles, Phil will oversee financial strategy, capital management, and operational ex*****on across all ZJZ entities, while leading APD Construction’s expansion into various new avenues of construction.
