We are a campground with tent sites and cabins. 40 acres to explore, the grounds are heavily forested, and nature, nature, nature. Each site is secluded, We are located in the Cherokee National Forest at the foot of the Smokey Mountains. Just outside the towns of Hartford and Cosby. Hartford has River Rafting, Zip Lines, Kayaking on the Pigeon River. You will be able to get away from it all. but

less than 45 minutes from favorite tourist attractions like Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and Sevierville. We are located 2.6 miles off of I-40 at mile marker 447 just across the NC state line.

Opening day of the 2026 camping season!!!

We're gearing up for a different kind of camping season. A scheduled knee replacement surgery on April 21st will keep me sidelined for up to three months, with limited mobility right as the campground opens. Luckily, an extra helper on board means we can stay open. My mom will handle more responsibilities, and I'll focus on recovery, including a second knee replacement later on. I'm praying for a great season despite the setbacks and looking forward to being useful somehow.

A dream coming true. We have wanted hiking trails through the campground since we opened. I just walked part of the first trail It's being cleared now and we will have at least one trail ready when we open for the season. We have had campers ask about trails and know we can say YES we have trails. Just follow the marked trail. We are so excited for you to come and walk through our forest!! I will be posting videos soon.
