🏆 WE ARE THE 2026 CHAMBER OF THE YEAR! 🏆

We are incredibly proud to share that the Alleghany Highlands Chamber of Commerce & Tourism has been named the 2026 VACCE Chamber of the Year by the Virginia Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives!

This statewide award recognizes chambers demonstrating outstanding leadership, innovation and measurable impact in serving their members and advancing the economic vitality of their communities.

This recognition reflects an incredible period of growth and momentum for our Chamber. From record membership growth and more than 75 programs and events in 2025 to new business initiatives, expanded member engagement, tourism development and stronger partnerships throughout the Alleghany Highlands.

But more than anything, this award is about people and community.

We are incredibly thankful for our members who support and engage with us, our Board of Directors who believe in our mission, our community partners and local governments who collaborate with us, and our Chamber team who works every day to serve this region.

We are proud of how far our organization has come, even more excited about where we are headed, and incredibly honored to represent the Alleghany Highlands on a statewide stage.

Yall make sure to swing by Intervale *early* tomorrow and look for Bake Me Happy set up in the vintage lemony camper right at the trailhead (Turn into a Intervale and it’s on the RIGHT— across from the parking lot!)

We’ve already heard from people planning to come get their 🍋 treats!!

There will be tables and chairs so you can relax or drive in for a quick pick up and enter to win the giveaway!
